As part of the “World Day for Safety and Health at Work", on April 28, 2025, we had the opportunity to participate in Safety Week at ILSCO DE MÉXICO.

Two training sessions titled "Handling Hazardous Waste" were conducted for the staff, covering the definition of hazardous waste, its characteristics, handling, and the processes carried out at the plant to help protect the environment.

At the end of each session, participants answered topic-related questions, and those who responded correctly were awarded a souvenir.

On April 21st and 22nd, Cleanmex participated for the first time in KEMET's EHS WEEK 2025.

The event took place on the first day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, featuring interactive activities with questions related to Safety, Health, and Environmental Week, as well as our popular mini-golf game, which everyone enjoys participating in.

On the second day, we were present from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the same interactive activities continuing. Participants who answered the questions correctly and successfully made their mini-golf shot were awarded a souvenir. 

On November 6th, Cleanmex took part in the Health, Safety, and Environment Week celebration at the company SPF.

As part of CLEANMEX's participation, we provided a talk on waste management to raise awareness about how we can contribute to environmental care both at work and at home.

We engaged with employees by asking questions related to the topic, and those who responded and shared their opinions received souvenirs like thermoses, notebooks, post-it notes, pens, and lanyards.

At the end of the event, we received recognition and thanks from SPF for contributing actions that support an environmental culture.

On November 4th, Cleanmex attended and participated in the EHS WEEK 2024 inauguration at the company AUTOLIVE.

The event also included other exhibitors offering health services and safety activities.

As for us, CLEANMEX, as a supplier, we engaged with employees through questions related to the environment and safety, and the popular mini-golf activity, where correct answers earned them souvenirs like thermoses, notebooks, pens, and lanyards.

Additionally, we also participated in the battery collection campaign.

On October 14th, Cleanmex had the honor of participating in the inauguration and the supplier booth at MTI-CEDRO DE MÉXICO as part of their Health and Safety Week 2024

The event featured over 10 exhibitors offering promotions, discounts, studies, exams, among other services. As CLEANMEX is their hazardous waste provider, we supported the campaign by collecting technological waste such as batteries, cell phones, and chargers.

We also interacted with the employees through activities like safety and environmental quizzes, and mini-golf. Employees who answered correctly received souvenirs such as thermos, notebooks, pens, and lanyards.

Juan Villafuerte, the union leader from the Sindicato de Jornaleros y Obreros Industriales y de la Industria Maquiladora de Matamoros (SJOIIM), was present and participated in the event. He also invited other companies to learn about the services offered by Cleanmex during the press conference.

Lastly, we were honored with a recognition for our participation.

Today, April 25, CLEANMEX S.A. DE C.V. had the honor of participating in b>ILSCO ’s safety and health week, presenting on the topic of “Comprehensive Waste Management”.

This was distributed in two groups for the presentation and questions related to the topic so that they could obtain a small souvenir.

In the end, a certificate of participation was given to us.
