Stabilization

DE RESIDUOS PARA EL SECTOR INDUSTRIAL

EFFICIENCY AND SUSTAINABILITY IN ALL STAGES

Solid and Liquid Flows

Waste stabilization is carried out through foundation processes (including silicates) and pozzolanic processes based on lime and Portland cement.

These processes take place in two pits, each with a capacity of 40 m³. Treated waste is separated into liquids and solids through sedimentation, settling, and encapsulation, a process facilitated by using pits with sloped floors and extracting liquids with a pneumatic pump. Our treatment capacity is 60,000 tons annually.
